If you have changed your address or your representation, make sure you u pdate changes to your contact information or your agent by submitting this form to ACTRA Toronto. It is essential that you provide current information so that you can receive cheques.

Concerns or Legal Issues?
If you have questions about your contract, problems getting paid or other legal issues, you can get half an hour of advice from the Artists Legal Aid Service (ALAS.) The only cost to you is a suggested donation of $10.
