ACTRA and advertising agency John St. come to an agreement 

Toronto – March 6, 2008 – ACTRA and advertising agency John St. are pleased to report that they have resolved a recent dispute.

Effective immediately, ACTRA has withdrawn an “unfair engager” declaration it directed at the agency.

John St. is adhered to the industry’s National Commercial Agreement (NCA) with ACTRA. Having completed a final spot, John St. will produce exclusively under the NCA hereinafter.
