The Carlu
Its home at the Carlu transports the the ACTRA awards back to a more glamorous time, thanks to its fully-restored 1930's art deco magnificence. The Awards ceremony is held in the Carlu's elegant, state of the art Concert Hall, which is over 8,000 square feet in size. The hall's fabulous acoustics and unobstructed sightlines ensure that there isn't a bad seat in the house.
Before and after the ceremony, members mingle and socialize in the Carlu's spacious Grand Foyer, dance the night away in the historic Round Room or just enjoy a quiet drink with friends in the chic and stylish Sky Room.
The Carlu is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, at the southwest corner of College and Yonge, and has been the venue of choice for the ACTRA Awards since 2004.
