ACTRA Toronto Performers has a governing council of 24 performers. This council acts as a board of directors, making the policies by which ACTRA Toronto is run. These 24 councillors are full ACTRA members in good standing who are elected for a two-year term. From these 24 performers, the council elects a president and a series of vice-presidents. The President chairs the council meetings and serves as the chief spokesperson for ACTRA Toronto Performers.
