The Canadian Creative Industries (ACTRA and its partner organizations) recently released a Code of Conduct to Prevent and Respond to Harassment, Discrimination, Bullying and Violence. The Code represents a commitment by industry leaders and stakeholders to shift the culture, to prevent and respond to harassment including sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying and violence. In a speech at the ACTRA Awards in Toronto, President Theresa Tova called on all members of the industry to stand up in support of the ongoing efforts to combat sexual harassment. Watch her remarks in the video below.
