  1. Reach out to the agent/individual who booked you to see if they have received any cheques or correspondence from Production.
  2. Have your agent reach out to Production to inquire on your behalf.
  3. If you do not have an agent, please visit ACTRA Toronto’s What’s Shooting page for for Production’s email or phone number and get in touch with Production’s accounting department. [Be prepared with your voucher, contract, or email with booked or cancelled dates].
  4. If Production does not respond to you or your agent, please email the assigned ACTRA Business Representative (see the What’s Shooting page) so that they can follow up. [Remember to forward all correspondence you have sent to Production to the ACTRA Business Representative].
